Merry President's Day!

Comments:
Nasi, I guess you don't know the story of President's Day. February 22 is George Washington's birthday. (He was the first Pres. of the US). February 16 is Abraham Lincoln's birthday. (He was Pres. during the American Civil War). Both days used to be holidays--we used to get two days off in February. Then the government decided that was too many holidays. So they abolished Washington's birthday and Lincoln's birthday, and created a new holiday honoring all the Presidents of the US. So now we have President's Day. (The government actually cheated us of a holiday!)

I'll be sure to eat nachos and think of Marco Pizza next Sunday.
